Main purpose of the job:Supporting Marketing Department
This is a pivotal role within the department and the candidate must understand each persons roles and responsibilities. This would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys a busy, demanding role in a varied team. You would be someone who is confident, professional, thorough, self-managing and have proven experience and ability to ‘think on their feet`. You will need to be a positive and pleasant communicator, well organised and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.

Marketing support
Point of contact for general marketing*sales queries
Deal with queries relating to the brand, be responsible for the e-mail mailbox and ongoing brand audit
Research*provide administrative support for events
Attend*minute the weekly sales meeting and update the database on Lotus Notes.
Input new sales leads onto the sales database, and keeping client*contact information on the database up-to-date
Create statistics reports and charts
Compile*submit accurate contract league information
Collate*chase information for the website updates
Assisting facilitating ‘Executive Presentations` and ‘Business to Business` meetings
Assist PR company in gathering internal information
Assist in gathering information for awards submissions
Order*manage branded stock levels
Assist in maintenance of photo library
Assist with research and production of information for internal communications
Support Marketing Managers with assistance to the division

General
Send out correspondence
Coordinate and manage the teams diaries and arrange meetings and meeting rooms where necessary
Create*maintain the trade journal database
Update event calendar, assist in managing conferences, events and awards dinners
Management and allocation of season tickets
Responsible for ensuring that the board report is submitted on time, via Lotus Notes
Update*distribute press cuttings for the In Brief files throughout the company.
Timely and accurate preparation of a variety of correspondence and other documentation and delivery of agreed projects

Essential skills*qualifications
Sound admin skills
Be proactive*able to use their own initiative
MS Power Project skills
